HOW DOES RETURN WORK?

If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us and you are not totally satisfied with your order(s) within 30 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to [email protected] and claim for a return request.
In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Return shipping charges go to us and are not the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will then immediately send you a FREE RETURN LABEL to attach on your return package.
- Pack your return item(s) carefully then attach our FREE RETURN LABEL and send the package to the nearest USPS office and make sure you fill in all correct information related to our store.
- Please send your return order to our store which is located in the United States (13903 N. May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73134,United States).
- We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
- Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. We cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to trendytees.design. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
- After inspection of the returned items for refunds well completed, we’ll immediately return your credit.
- Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing or your Paypal account processing time it could take 7-21 business days to have your refund issued and for your account to be accredited.
